Igbo Union Stoke Celebrates Traditional Wedding of Esteemed Member

On October 14, 2023, the Igbo Union Stoke-on-Trent joyfully participated in the traditional wedding ceremony of Mr. Chima and his bride, Rumbie, at the elegant Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa. The event was a vibrant celebration marked by a significant turnout from the union members who came to support one of their own in this joyful occasion.

The ceremony was filled with exuberance, featuring lively singing and dancing with the couple. In a heartfelt gesture of camaraderie and support, the union gifted the newlyweds £200, symbolizing their collective well-wishes and contribution to the couple’s new journey together.
