Successful Inaugural Picnic by the Igbo Union, Stoke-on-Trent at Sacred Heart Parish

The Igbo Union Stoke-on-Trent held its first picnic on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Sacred Heart Parish from 12 p.m. onwards. The event was a huge success, with over 70 people in attendance.
The purpose of the picnic was to create awareness of the newly formed organization, invite more Igbos residing in Stoke-on-Trent, and build a strong network by fostering a sense of community and brotherhood through social and cultural interactions.
The event was a great success in achieving all of its objectives. The food was delicious, the games were fun, and the music was lively. There was something for everyone at the picnic, and everyone had a great time.
In addition to the food, games, and music, there was also a networking area where people could meet new people and learn about each other’s businesses and interests. This was a great opportunity for people to connect with each other and build relationships.
The kids also had a great time at the picnic. There was a dedicated area for them with games, activities, and supervision. This allowed parents to relax and enjoy the event without having to worry about their children.
Overall, the Igbo Union Stoke-on-Trent Picnic was a huge success. It was a great day for everyone involved, and it helped to achieve the organization’s objectives of creating awareness, inviting more Igbos to Stoke-on-Trent, and building a strong network.
We are already planning our next picnic, and we hope to see you there!
